Okay I have mild acne (lots of whiteheads on my cheeks, they're not red and you can't really see them but I know they're there). I've noticed that using products on my skin makes it worse. Far worse.
So for the past week I've been washing my face with just water, moisturising with some herbal cream I got from a Chinese meidicine shop and my skin is really clearing up.
What I wanted to ask though was if anyone knew any other natural method to get rid of spots. I mean thinks like natural face masks etc...
Thanks x

I've heard a lot of people recommend this. Have you used it? In what circumstances? Did it work?
I grew up on herbal treatments, many grown and made at home, so the idea of this isn't new to me but I'm just curious if people would recommend it.
Thanks!

i have had a very dry, itchy, flaky scalp for like 2-3 years. i wash my hair completely, but what confuses me is that if i don't wash my hair it will go greasy! but still very flaky! its not because of poor hygiene or anything like that because i wash everyday to every second day at the most! my aunt has the same thing! i have my aunts type of scalp and she said the yellow elvive works and i tried it but it doesn't work for mine and if she doesn't wash her hair, hers goes very dry! i have tried...HEAD AND SHOULDERS, (that made my scalp WAY itchier and caused me to scratch my head so hard that i cut my scalp! and my dad keeps saying "oh give it 3 weeks with it and it will work" but i used the whole bottle and it didn't!) JOICE,ELVIVE,HERBAL ESSCENCE, T-GEL FROM NUTRIGINA, and im currently trying out V05 but none of them work! please please help!:(:(:(

So my boyfriend has a bad problem w acid reflux, he takes Prilosec everyday and this usually sustains it. I strongly believe he has a stomach ulcer, but we don't have health insurance so we cant go to the doctor.
He has been up all night due to severe acid reflux. He has now been puking acid for 1 hour, the past couple times blood and black looking coffee ground stuff have come up. (I know, he should see a doctor, but thats just not possible)
I am headed off to the store for something to help, please can I have suggestions? Herbal remedies, OTC medications, anything to alleviate the severe acid problem for now?

The composition mentioned is in botanical names instead of common popular names which goes above the head. I have written to manufacturer but he is not replying. Where and how to complain about the manufacturer.

I need to lose weight. About 40lbs. actually. I'm thinking about going vegetarian. Not only to lose weight but also I just don't love meat. I never really have. The only meat I really ever eat is chicken, sea food, and sometimes steak. I hate pork, turkey, and ground beef. I don't think this transition will be too hard. Giving up dairy should be fairly easy too. I hate milk and yogurt. I do enjoy cheese and ice cream but that's about it. How can I make sure I am getting enough calcium in my diet? Protein is easy to get without meat but how do I get calcium? Anyway, vegetarian + exercise should = weight loss right? Here's a list of foods I plan to get when I go grocery shopping this weekend: bananas, peanut butter, grapes, carrots, green peppers, some sort of fiber cereal with no sugar, almonds, potatoes, black beans, herbal teas, salad veggies, dressing -sugar and animal products. What else sh
What else should I get? I want to give up sugar too. I'm dependent on it right now for energy and when I don't have any I feel lethargic and tired and cranky. I need to stop. It's going to be hard but I'm determined to take better care of myself. I'm tired of being tired, having head aches, unmotivated, etc.
